Craig is an honors graduate from Harvard University and Boston College Law School (Cum Laude).

Craig T. Beling has extensive business development financial, and operational experience in a thirty-year career. He has managed his law firm and done extensive transactional work domestically and internationally. He has acted as an international attorney and consultant for Portfolio Management Group, a domestic private equity fund, Clarus Capital Group, AG a Swiss asset management company and Clarus Fund Ltd., an offshore diamond and gold trading fund, as Director of CPI, LLC, A Serbian engineering firm, as well as consulting with various domestic and international entities on legal, financial, operational and business development issues.
He previously served as a Managing Director and Chief Compliance Officer for Teewinot Funds, a global hedge fund. Craig has done extensive paymaster and escrow work for domestic and international clients. Fidelity Capital Markets previously employed Craig as Head of Syndicate. He ran operations and instituted the capital markets origination platform where he originated many transactions, including the Google, Orbitz, Domino’s Pizza IPO’s, and by Fidelity Investments as Vice President for Investment Advisor Relationships.
Craig has extensive experience in capital raising, finance, real estate, business consulting, alternative investments, capital markets, fixed income, and compliance matters acquired on Wall Street, where he ran units for Societe Generale and a global hedge fund. While at Societe Generale, Craig was responsible for sourcing over $1 billion worth of real estate equity and debt.
Craig has been an extremely motivated independent thinker throughout his career who brings his experience and skill to assist clients and associates. He graduated with honors from Harvard University received a JD from Boston College Law School (cum laude). Craig is licensed in California and Texas.
Craig is associated and has done extensive work in Africa with Village Care International, an organization that has helped initiate over 10,000 self-sustaining villages in 11 countries. Craig is also Chairman of the Board for Pathway School in Laguna Hills, California. Pathway School provides a unique platform for learning disabled and autistic children.
